BWB consists of three designers, each with their own specialism.
Inge Bečka is a porcelain designer, Mariëtte Wolbert is a textile designer and textile innovator, and Mik Bečka is an architect and designer. They work both independently and collaboratively in co-production. Where their disciplines intersect, a symbiosis arises, resulting in unconventional, unique interior products that reinforce and transcend each other.

In 2016, their work was presented at Masterly 2016 in Milan. This year, they are again exhibiting their work at Masterly . Mik Bečka presents his latest design table , "The Spider ." Inge Bečka & Mariëtte Wolbert present a monumental porcelain wall panel made of textile. "The Ridge Tile" was recently added to the Royal Tichelaar Makkum ceramics collection.
