Collection: Bella Salmonella | Tablecloth + Napkins
The Ministry of Health's recommendation to use a clean tea towel/drying cloth every day inspired Mariëtte Wolbert to create the Bella Salmonella set. She has incorporated beautiful bacteria into her designs: first a set of kitchen towels and now also this table runner and napkins. A design with a touch of humor.
The tablecloth for two and the napkins are produced by the Weaving Museum in Geldrop. The finish is unique: Mariëtte wanted a frayed edge with loose threads, as this fits well with the theme. A special weaving technique was developed for this, allowing the threads to come loose easily. All edges are then finished with a sewing machine.
Material: 50% linen, 50% cotton, produced in the Netherlands
Tablecloth for two / runners: 47 cm wide x 1.50 m long
Napkin: 39 cm x 39 cm
Washing instructions: Wash at a maximum of 60°C. Linen wrinkles easily, so the best treatment is to hang it on a clothesline after washing and iron it while still damp. Do not tumble dry.
